Japanese Landscape.

Unfinished landscape

My second attempt at needlepainting on painted fabric. I chose a Japanese landscape with a branch with bright red leaves. I have been studying Japanese for a long time and love everything connected with this country.

This time the painting took very little time, I finished it in one day. But the embroidery process stretched quite a lot. Soon it will be one year since I fiished the previous work and I still haven’t finished half of the leaves. The problem is here I will need to do some shading and I don’t feel quite confident doing that.
